China Debuts AI-Generated ‘News Anchor’ That Looks Like A Male Human Anchor With Voice As Well As Facial Expressions.

The inhabitants of the world have seen the greatest inventions of technology and they are ready for seeing the wonderful inventions . We watch news presentations on TV that are generally presented by men or women. The world’s first robotic Artificial Intelligence (AI) TV news anchor presents news that looks like a male human anchor with real human voice as well as its facial expressions of a real person.

This smart news anchor is the first Artificial Intelligence (AI) news anchor of China. You can see the robot is presenting news like a real human. At first sight it is almost impossible to realize it is a robot. The anchor with the voice and facial expressions is of a real person. This Artificial Intelligence (AI) can read news in a synthesized voice, designed to sound like a professional human anchor.  It has been invented by China’s Xinhua news agency in collaboration with Chinese search engine company Sogou.

They unveiled  two AI news anchors  at the fifth World Internet Conference in China’s Zhejiang province that can read news in English and Mandarin languages.  They think that this type of news anchors will be able to reduce the cost of daily TV news report and can work long time almost 24 hours a day. They are trying to improve efficiency as it can quickly generate breaking news. Something humans can’t do.
